With Coastal Hospice you are getting help from a team of experts. Building your Hospice plan to provide quality compassionate care may involve several players. Your team may include a Nurse, Social Worker, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Certified Hospice Aide, Spiritual Care Coordinator, Bereavement Counselor, or a volunteer. Our staff of experts is there to answer all your questions, offer counsel, help with advance directives, provide pain and symptom relief, improve mobility, safety, and quality, deliver wound care, and much more!
We are here for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week with our dedicated on-call staff.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our focus is on meeting the needs of our patients and serving our community.
Is in-patient hospice care provided?
We offer care right from the comfort of your home, or we come to you if you live in a retirement or assisted living facility.
Is the staff palliative care certified?

Does the hospice offer grief support services?
We offer many forms of grief and bereavement care, starting with the services of our staff End-of-Life Doula, to our medical social workers, to spiritual care services, to grief support groups, to family support for a full 13 months after a hospice patient transitions.
