Community Outreach
At Coastal Hospice, we recognize the significance of creating strong community ties to fulfill our mission of exceptional home health and hospice care. Our Community Outreach Department acts as a liaison, connecting us to general members of society as well as medical professionals, community groups, and businesses locally - with this outreach we hope to educate, inform, and instill compassion with one and all.
The Outreach Department oversees all the fundraising efforts that are either organized by the agency or our wonderful volunteers. We are always looking for fundraising opportunities and welcome any ideas you may have!
Another of Coastal Hospice's key objectives is creating an active volunteer program. Volunteers are essential members of our organization and we welcome individuals from all walks of life to become members. Be it visiting patients, helping using your creative abilities, administrative assistance, or fundraising support--there's always room for someone like you here at Coastal Hospice - visit our Volunteer page now to discover just what an impactful difference volunteering makes in lives like your own!
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer please visit our Volunteer page and fill out the form there. Coastal can never have too many volunteers - without them, Coastal would not be able to provide the wide range of services that we do!
Coastal Hospice is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and donations are a large part of our annual income. We appreciate every single donation, whether it comes as gently used items for resale, planned giving, or your time as a volunteer. If you’d like more information about how to make a tax-deductible one-time or monthly contribution, or information about how to schedule a pickup for your household goods donations, please click over to our donations page here.
